Pick up an instrument at an arranged time
Free pickup makes an East Village rental practical when you need an instrument without adding a delivery charge. Choose an available time during online checkout for eligible instruments. For a monthly keyboard, bass, tenor saxophone, or soprano saxophone, send an availability request and our team will arrange the details with you.
The exact pickup address is provided with your confirmation. Plan around the booked time rather than arriving without an arrangement: a person meets you and hands over the instrument. Have the confirmation available and allow a few minutes to check the equipment before leaving.
Need a rental for today?
Check online pickup availability for alto saxophone, guitar, flute, clarinet, or trumpet. Same-day pickup depends on an open slot and an available instrument. The calendar is the place to confirm both; this guide does not reserve stock.
If the instrument or timing you need is missing, ask our team. Rental delivery starts the next day, so it is not a substitute for a same-day pickup slot. The short-term rental guide explains how to compare daily and weekly bookings, including their one-time fees.
A few minutes at pickup can save a second trip
Before you leave, check the instrument and accessories against the booking. For a guitar, confirm the type and whether you need amplification. For a keyboard, check the power supply and your stand or pedal arrangements. For a wind instrument, confirm the mouthpiece, case, and any consumables you need for the first session.
If you are collecting for a child, bring the teacher’s requirements with you. “Saxophone” may mean an alto rather than a tenor; “keyboard” may mean a weighted 88-key instrument. Confirm those details before choosing a booking, then use the handover to check the supplied equipment.
Renting while staying nearby
If you are staying in the East Village, Lower East Side, or another downtown neighborhood for a short period, give us the dates you actually need the instrument. Eligible short-term rentals end on the date you book; a monthly rental has a one-month minimum. Ask about an extension before the return is due.
Keep a plan for the return trip, including the case and accessories. Return to the East Village is free; paid collection is available by arrangement. If delivery is easier from the start, it is $25 anywhere in the five boroughs. Review the handover and return guide before selecting your dates.
