Kalman Music Lessons is a New York City music school whose teachers come to your home in Westchester. We teach piano, guitar, bass, drums, saxophone, clarinet, flute, trumpet, violin, cello, ukulele, voice and music theory to children and adults, including complete beginners. Lessons happen at your home or online. Your first lesson is $50 at your home. After that, Westchester at-home lessons start at $80 per 30-minute lesson on a 10-lesson package. We teach across Manhattan, most of Brooklyn, and Astoria, Long Island City and Ridgewood in Queens, plus at-home lessons throughout Westchester. Our teachers work across Manhattan, including Midtown. Studios: Soho, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Greenpoint, Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Financial District.

I've been taking saxophone lessons with Tal Kalman for only a few weeks now, but I can already confidently state that he is the best teacher I have ever had. As a young saxophonist trying to grow and find my voice, taking lessons with Tal has been nothing less than inspirational. He teaches in the East Village in Manhattan, and the environment is always creative, motivated, and very supportive. Tal’s approach is personal, clear, and incredibly effective. He’s not only an amazing saxophonist himself, but he also knows exactly how to break things down and help me level up every single week.
