Instrument Rentals for Williamsburg

An instrument for the next session, a visit to New York, or everyday practice in Williamsburg. Kalman Music Lessons offers $25 rental delivery and free arranged pickup at our East Village location.

Start with the session’s requirements

Before renting an instrument for a rehearsal, gig, or recording session in Williamsburg, find out what the room already provides. A venue may supply an amplifier or keyboard stand, or may expect you to bring everything. Get the equipment list from the person running the session and compare it with the rental page.

For guitar rentals, choose acoustic, classical, or electric deliberately. They are not interchangeable for every part, and their rental rates can differ. For saxophone, online short-term booking is for alto; ask directly if the chart or recording calls for tenor or soprano.

A weekend rental needs a complete date plan

Eligible instruments can be booked for a day or a week, but “just the weekend” still needs specific pickup and return dates. Include any preparation time before the session and enough time to get the instrument back afterward. If a longer booking costs less, the calendar offers that option for you to choose.

Day and week rates have a one-time short-term fee. Add delivery if you choose it, and think about whether you will return the instrument yourself or arrange paid collection. The short-term rental guide explains how to compare the whole booking rather than the headline daily rate.

Delivery to Williamsburg or pickup in the East Village

Rental delivery to Williamsburg is $25. Available delivery windows start the next day; same-day needs depend on an open pickup slot. Confirm the calendar before committing to a session that depends on the rental.

The free pickup point is our East Village location, with the exact address supplied in the booking confirmation. There is no Williamsburg pickup branch listed here. If you choose delivery, give us the address where someone can receive the instrument and any building instructions. Do not assume a rehearsal room can accept a delivery while you are elsewhere; arrange that with the room first.

Keeping an instrument for regular practice

For a practice setup at home, a monthly keyboard or electric bass may be a better fit than repeatedly arranging short rentals. Both are booked through our team with a one-month minimum. Confirm the available model, dimensions, and supporting equipment before arranging the handover.

For an instrument that needs to travel with you, check its case and your route before pickup. Keep the booking details available and contact us before the rental ends if you need more time. You can find broader delivery information in the Brooklyn rental guide.
