One rental delivery fee across Brooklyn
Brooklyn rental delivery costs $25 whether your address is in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, Park Slope, Bed-Stuy, Bay Ridge, or another Brooklyn neighborhood. The fee is for rental delivery; availability still depends on the instrument, dates, and delivery window you choose.
For an online booking, select an available two-hour window at checkout. Delivery starts the next day, so check East Village pickup if today is your deadline. If your building has stairs or access instructions, include those details when arranging the handover. The rental pickup location is in Manhattan, not a Brooklyn shopfront.
Choose between a session rental and an ongoing practice instrument
A guitar or alto saxophone can be rented by the day, week, or month through the online calendar. Flute, clarinet, and trumpet also offer short-term bookings. Daily and weekly rentals carry a one-time fee; compare the complete total before deciding which term suits your dates.
For ongoing lessons at home, keyboards and electric bass are monthly rentals arranged directly with our team. A monthly instrument keeps your setup consistent between sessions, but the minimum term is one month. Ask about the return arrangements when you enquire, especially if you expect to move or leave the city soon.
Match the equipment to the place you will play
If you will use the instrument in a rehearsal or recording room, ask that room what equipment is already supplied. An electric guitar or bass may need an amplifier, cable, and the right inputs. A keyboard setup needs a suitable support and power connection. The rental instrument alone is not a full backline package.
At home, measure the space before choosing a keyboard, and check headphone and pedal requirements with your teacher. For children starting band, work from the school’s instrument list rather than a generic shopping list. Use the student rental guide to prepare the model and accessory questions.
Pickup and return alternatives
Free pickup and return are available at the East Village location by arrangement. If you are already making a trip into Manhattan, that can save the delivery charge. Plan the transport around the instrument and case, especially for a keyboard.
Paid collection can also be arranged at the end of the rental. Review the delivery and returns page so the outward and return trips are both part of your budget. For more detail on short visits and sessions, read the short-term instrument rental guide.
