Lesson Cancellation, Rescheduling & Payment Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., sudden illness or emergencies), exceptions may be considered at the teacher's discretion.
  • Rescheduling a lesson with less than 24 hours' notice is only possible if another student is available to swap times during the same week.

Teacher Absence

  • If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, students will be offered either a substitute teacher or a rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.
  • If a lesson is canceled by the teacher with less than 24 hours' notice and no substitute is available, the next lesson will be provided free of charge.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required upfront for both one-off lessons and lesson bundles.
  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Credit Card (with a 3% processing fee for credit card payments).
